Seaweed soup

dried seaweed: 5g canned tuna: 50g water: 3 cups

minced garlic: 1tbsp sesame oil: 1tbsp salt: 1tbsp

1. Put seaweed into warm water about 3 minutes. Drain water.

2. In saucepan, heat sesame oil. Stir-fry seaweed.

3. Put water, bring to boil.

4. Put tuna, garlic and salt.

5. Serve with steamed rice, if desired.

Make 2 servings.
