Monday, May 17, 2004 - Yuoo has been doing fairly well these past few weeks. His dreaded Alchemy class is over. (Thank You, God!) He made a C in the class, but he is very grateful for that C. When he isn't out looking for a job, Yuoo spends most of his time relaxing and playing video games to his heart's content. He even tried going to a golf class one morning taught by his roommate, K.T. the otter. Yuoo was surprised at how sore he was the next morning. Today was an interesting day. Yuoo went to school to drop of his resume. He was about to head home when he noticed an alchemist's fair going on. Lately, the City of Loblolly has been focused on protecting the environment, and today they had a gathering of scholars and alchemists demonstrating their new inventions. Today Yuoo got to ride a new type of bicycle, which lets you go uphill just as easy as if you were going downhill. He also saw an automobile that runs on cooking oil. He got to play around with a magic little toy car fueled by sunlight. The car's two fuel tanks are filled with distilled water. First, you let the toy car sit in the sun for about ten minutes. During this time, the water is turned into hydrogen and oxygen. The car uses this hydrogen as fuel. Despite how much the Arts have been misused in this world, Yuoo never misses an opportunity to see the Arts being used to help others.
