Welcome to our new home page
This is still a very new project, but we hope to make it possible for all our members and guest to stay in regular contact with us and know what is going on here at CtK. This is still an emerging web-site, just like we are still growing and changing as a church. We hope you will join us as we continue in this journey.Our Mission:
In it's simplest form the mission of CtK is "To welcome the world into the full life of the family of Christ."
Ok, that is the reader's digest version. If we were to un-pack that a bit what we mean is:
We are a welcoming community that sees itself in an authentic light. We don't fake piety, we're not holier than thou. In fact we are broken people who have been saved by the Gospel and nothing else, so we welcome anyone who wants to find that same gospel message. You can dress up for worship, or come in shorts. Just be yourself.... you are welcome.
You should also know we really see ourselves as a family. We strive for more than just good worshp and excellence in programming. We want our people to share in the sorts of interpersonal relationships with each other that any healthy family should be. So we hope you will bring your family to meet ours.
And as always.... CtK is kid tested, parent aproved, and family friendly

Christ the King is a community that is changing and growing. Three years ago we started out to change how we did ministry, to re-think our values, and re-tool our outreach. We are guided by a few important principles: relationships are key, be authentic and genuine in what you do, Love is the greatest of all virtues, and we are on a journey together... where it leads is up to God: we must be open to change as the spirit guides us.
