The reason why Tony quit TNT in 1997 for about a year was to pursue his solo career, and this is his first and only solo project before he returned to TNT. WestWorld is an American hard rock band and the self-titled album was released in Japan only on December 16, 1998. It has catchy hard rock songs and good ballads. His lyrics are very personal.

I love Tony's vocals, but I don't like the tone of guitars on this album (sorry, Mark Reale fans!). I wish Ronni's tone was there. Illusions is a cathy rock song and I love I Belong. That song has a cool guitar riff and the chorus part is great!.
