Mike Schlecht's Anaglyph Program
version 1.2

When you start the program you should have the two screens appear.

One on the left is the main part of the program.
One on the right is the file selection used to browse and navigate around finding TIFF files, which this program uses.  You may use other file formats then convert them to TIFF.
See xv documentation or other editor documentation,  here's a hint just hit save as then change file type in xv you may have to type extension cause mine never takes.

File Select:
Currently My program will auto convert Image files jpg / gif / TIFF / BMP / PCX / RGB / SUN

It does that by calling ImageMagick which is a seperate program which you have to find if you wish it to auto convert.  Check Freshmeat/Redhat

Else you can convert them yourself just use XV view XV docs for info on this.
TIFF format is what you want your images in.

The right file is for image that is either one (stereo) or two images.  Or if you have both images on one image side by side don't load the left one, then my program will consider that you have one image with two images on it, side by side.
Output is what it says output file TIFF

1. Anaglyph    HTML file
2.  Help           This HTML help file
3. About         Author  & Registration
4. Close           Shutdown Program
5. Generate    Create output image        based on your options selected.
6.a Stereo        Considering you just have one input file, Two images side by side in the same image file.
6.b  Two File  Considering you have two image files right and left each in own file.
7.     Options   Ways to change output of the output file.
This is the main screen.
Generating a image causes my command line program to run. The program calls the xv viewing program to display result.

This is a example of a image that was created using two images side by side in one file, so I didn't need to put anything in left file blank just output and right file.
For modification of output to view better with your glasses or with your eyes for any reason you should see options.

Options:
Generate

The Stereo button doesn't do anything just to tell user
that program believes user only has one file not Two files.

Display Program (with):
Use ImageMagick and not XV (default)
               * Auto Convert with ImageMagick
              Use XV and not ImageMagick
              * Use XV if you only have TIFF images or
                  if you don't have ImageMagick

Filter:   How output file gets the spectrum  example
Put all green spectrum into Blue
Put all green spectrum into Red
Put all green spectrum into Blue and Red
                Output all   R G B   spectrum

Image Offset :    Your image (photo) taken incorrectly
Or you have big gaps between your eyes,
                               or little ones.

Red, Blue, Green:  % of    -100% to 100%  brighten or darken a spectrum.

Max. Intensity

Sets the max brightness of all spectrums  0% black to 100% normal if you want universal darkness
50% no spectrum is allowed to go over 50% of max of its
spectrum.
Example:   the brightest Red was 234 that is the max red
so if I set Max Int to 80 which is 80% then
                     now all values of red= r = max_red * 0.8

Cancel Options brings you back to Main
