Anaglyph 3d red/blue glasses freeware shareware Windows
Windows version of Mike Schlecht's Anaglyph
Used Visual Basic 6.0 took about several days longer just to get this ready in Beta Version. The interface was done in no time, but the workings took several weeks because of the way Visual Basic handles colors. VB's windows resize and behave differently between images and pictures. VB's has one of the worst graphic libraries I have ever see C/C++ was bad but at least they have libraries from other languages / other free source that can be used. See Below for issues still existing.

Known Problems in BETA: V1.0
Save feature has some issues with Erroring out if Drive does not exist or exist but a CD drive with nothing in it, also has some general problems that I may still work out with files so be sure to have copies of the pictures you are trying to edit because I have no prompt that stops you from overwriting files with same name. Also because I am using VBasic BMP save feature images may not look exactly same every save. This is windows problem, which will not be fix by me, but I mention it because on good JPG's might not be as defined after you save it. Because of this and tool being beta I recommend you save your pictures so you don't get mad if you overwrite your only copy. The windows version may also inherit other problems with Microsoft Products produced with VBasic.
One cool thing to try. If you have a DVD or movie playing in your computer take one frame in which the object(s) in FRAME did not move much but the camera did move a little right or left then save both FRAMES output them. Later import them into my program use the crop & offset to align them up. Then you'll have a cool 3D picture which will be high resolution and from some movie you like. This is simplest way I found to get 3D images without using a camera. As far as I know I am about the only one that has done this on various movies, I been doing it since 1990's. I can not show you because of copy write laws. But you could do it at home with a DVD capture utility and my program (LINUX version or WINDOWS version).
I am looking for a new job if you know anyone might need a Computer Scientist.
