When Link enters the Great Bay, he soon discovers a hurt Zora in the middle of the bay. If Link helps the Zora to shore and relieves him of his pain, Link gets the ability to turn into Mikau, the Zora, through the power of the Zora Mask. As a Zora, Link can move in the water like none of his other forms can. I personally think that this is one of Links best forms. It is fun just to swim as a Zora, but Zora Link is also powerful.

Zora Links moves and abilities are much different than Goron, Deku, and Link's moves. First of all, Zora Link's main moves are high kicks and kung-fu style punches. He also has a boomerang move. Just like kid Link could throw a boomerang in Ocarina of Time, so can Zora Link. The main difference is that he throws two boomerangs, but he can't do any other move until the boomerangs are returned to his hands. When he is in the water, his best move is his swimming ability. He can dive into the water and go to the bottom, or surface with ease. He also has a barrier move that gives him protection, but it used up magic power. It is best for killing underwater creatures, but it doesn't work on all underwater enemies. The following are screen shots and pictures of Zora Link in Majora's Mask.
