Herne the Hunter

	Man with the antlers of a deer who protects the animals, described as lord of the forest, the stag god, and the the horned one. He was protector of nature and was associated with the Wild Hunt. In several accounts, Herne was the keeper of Windsor Castle during the reign of Richard II.
