Story:
Even in the sacred sultras, the monk known as Donavan could find no peace.  Born between the dark and the light, he was forever torn inside.  While one half of him seeks to bury this world in madness, the other wishes to be at peace.  It was from this self agony that Donavan grew to hate the darkness, and even himself.

The young man set off on a journey to find peace with himself; a spiritual quest to learn how to live with the darkness in his own body.  Though he battled the dark wherever he might find it, he only seemed to be stumbling about in a maze of confusion and hate.

Then, as he came upon a villiage at war with a traveling bunch, he met for the first time a little girl named Anita.  She too despised the darkness in her body, and the monk felt pity for her on seeing her eyes: emotionless eyes that hold back tears.  Determined to see feeling in those eyes, even if it was anger, he beheaded the little girl's doll with his sword.  In her eyes was a glare, and Donavan now knew he could help her, and maybe himself in the process.

The two of them traveled together from that point.  Though Anita did not beleive that Donavan had a chance of vanquishing the dark, as time wore on, he only seemed to be proving her wrong.  At last, in the battle with the mighty Pyron, Donavan confused the alien with the philosophy that "your first and only enemy is the enemy within; to seek justification in battling others is the act of a fool"   Pyron, keeper of all knowledge, could not understand this and exploded in space.  The Earth was safe, and somehow, through learning to accept himself, Donavan had gained the power and wisdom needed to do it.

Finally at peace, Donavan and Anita remained freinds.  However, one night, Donavan felt himself pulled into Anita's subconcious as a new threat arrived: the lord of the vampire, Jedah
