Me a Witch??



First of all, review what you know about the craft (Ex:the Ways of the Witches, the Sabbats,History/Burning Times,Tools,etc...

Be sure you want this. Learn as much as you can avout witchcraft. TRY IT. You don't have to initiate yourself right avay. Tyr it alone first see if you like it. You don't have to be a poet, singner artist, medium or a psychic. THis is about uou, what you feel. Nobody will force you, or push you. IT'S YOUR DECISION. If you don't like it don't do it. You belief and the way you espress them is personnal. You don't have to follow a spell perfectly, if you think that another tool or ingredient would be better, well use it. When a witch makes a speel or a talisman or whatever ritual it's based on what they know, belive and trust. It may not be what you think is best. Alergies to certen smell or herbs etc.. can affect you. You can always use substitute for any herbs or incens. YOU ARE THE MASTER OF YOUR BELIEF AND THE WAY YOU ONORE THEM.

Here is a small test so you can judge if you are ready or not to enter the realm of witchcraft.

  1. If someone wete to ask you to define witchcraft, what would you say?
  2. If you were asked if you are a black or white Witch, how would you respond?
  3. On what kind of moral fondation does the craft rest?
  4. By now, you should have mastered at least one favorite mode of divination and be practicing this form of divination for yourself and others(if you choose) on a regular basis. Are you?
  5. You shoud be thoroughly familiar with a form of healing and practicing it to some extent. Are you?
  6. Have you made (or bought) and consecrated all of you ritual tools?
    • You need to do so before initiation. Also, you should be well acquanted with the purposes of these tools. If you were to be initiated by a priest or priestess, you would be expected to explain their uses.
  7. If a friend were to come to you for help in matters of love, health, wealth, portection, uncrossing, legal aid, or self-developement, for example could you devise a spell to help her/him?
    • Could you incorporate all the proper correspondences, talismans, stones, candles and know the correct day, hours & moon phase during wich to perform the spell?
  8. Are you performing the Quabalistic Cross, Middle Pillar & Lesser Banishing & Invoking Pentagram Rituals regularly?
  9. Are you keeping a dream diary, a personal book of shadows?
  10. Are you familiar enough with the Pentagram Ritual to explain it?
  11. Could you compose an entire Sabbat ritual and a New or Full Moon ritual, using all of the correct correspondences: day, time , place, number, Divinity, colors, candles, invocation, etc...?
  12. Finally, are you avle to say why Wicca is important to you in your life and why you wish to become a Witch?
