The Cowboy Room

The Cowboy Room looking to the South. The Cowboy Room and Cowboy Bar were named when Jim first moved in with Mel. He exclaimed, "We need to make this the Cowboy Room!. It has stuck ever since. These rooms will take years to acquire the proper decor for the theme and will be a source of endless excursions to flea markets and garage sales. The curtains are custom-made from cowboy-themed print fabric from JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts.

The Cowboy Room looking to the East onto the newly enlarged deck with privacy fence. The curtains are small to allow as much natural light into the room as possible. The privacy fence keeps it all... well... private. Note the old knotty pine that makes up the bulk of the room. The painting is an original by Brad Thompson.

Looking to the North toward the newly remodeled kitchen and unfinished Music Room which was used by the former owners as a dining room. The cherry chest of drawers and dresser go well with the walls and also serve as clothing storage. The lack of closets is no longer a concern.
