If students have got used to loud reprimanding

They will only respond to loud reprimanding

and not to soft speaking of my kind

nor respect the person who soft speaks to them

And loud reprimanding is forming them as slaves

and in turn

forms teachers as slave drivers

Under such relationship

all openess will be killed

Is that why most of my good senior students don't speak to me heart to heart

They are not vocal and will not take part in discussions or the establishment

And lazy students are incooperative in class and extra-curricular activities which require student and teacher talk except in ball games which dont require much talk -

slaves' game

School has become a place for teachers to make money and students to get a certificate

Quite instrumental, souless and demoralizing

No wonder capable students who have a lively soul want to go.

And when F6 students were given a post to be creative, cannot churn anything out

Yes they perform well as A getters, prefects, prefect heads, guides, scouts and St John

helpers of slave driving, disciplinary forces, loneners, ball players

But ask them to initiate something

Open hearts, unlock doors

Still a long way to go

A whole new world to colonize

a whole new world to create

you and me

It's like God breathing air into clay

and putting everything under them to let them rule
