The rules are quiet simple:
You MUST put a code up on your website/blog/journal if you wish to join (even if its just a text link).
I MUST see a code up if you want to be listed as belonging to the clique or cliques (yes you may belong to more then one).
and lastly you MUST be really in love or devoted to either Sailor Pluto of Sailor Moon, elves, or the color purple (I may add more later).

when u sign the join form, where it says "What's in a name?" type in "eli" so that I will know you read the rules. if you don't do this I will not add u to the memebers list.
