Step Five
Creating a horizontal guide line.
The horizontal ruler works in the same way as the vertical ruler.
1. Hold down shift while moving the mouse pointer slowly towards the edge of the horizontal ruler. (Figure 2)
2. Drag the green line over the page.
3. Repeat this once more to get figure 3. (Remember to space the lines equally down the page.
