Little Person

Tiny little fingers,
tiny little toes,
head as big as honeydew
with such a little nose.

Baby new
just look at you,
skin as soft as lint.
Toothless, helpless, part of me
Wonder where daddy went.

Little person, little sprout
It's only you and me, no doubt.
