Dragon Spirit Stones

A Dragoon must first aquire a dragon spirit stone, they can be found or the dragoon can kill a dragon and take it's hardened spirit. Without the stone the dragoon can not transform or use magic. Only while transformed can a third generation dragoon use magic.
