2. Ice - Dragoon sends out a small chunck of ice.
3. Ice Lance - Dracoon fires out a lance made of pure ice.
4. Blizzard - Dragoon can create a small blizzard in the surrounding area.
5. Icebeam - Dragoon fires out a beam of pure ice energy.
6. Icicle - Dragoon can fire out three icicles at thier foe.
7. Freeze - Dragoon can encase foe in three inches of solid ice.
