2. Ice Level Two - Dragoon sends out a moderate sized chunk of ice at foe.
3. Iceblast - Dragoon fires out 12 icicles at foe.
4. Iceburg - Dragoon brings down an iceburg upon thier foe.
5. Blizzard Level Three - Dragoon can create a harsh blizzard in the surrounding area.
6. Ice Level Three - Dragoon sends out two large ice chunks at thier foe.
7. Dragon Summon - Dragoon can summon for the immortal dragon of ice to encase thier foe in 5ft of solid ice.
