4. Thunder lv3 - Dragoon sends out a large ammount of electricity through the ground resulting in serious shock
5. Tempest - Dragoon lays wast to the surrounding area with a vast ammount of electricity
6. Electrocute - Dragoon gathers all energy to electricute foe to death (Deathblow move only)
7. Dragon Summon - Dragoon calls the immortal dragon of electricy to rain dwon 7 waves of electricity with paralizing properties and large splash damage
