Status Effect/Bonus - Intelegence Doubles, Mental Powers Up 20%, Eyes Tint Purple.

1. Minor Telekenisis - Dragoon is able to lift small things with thier mind.
2. Mind Arror - Dragoon sends out a mental blast resulting in disorientation.
3. Mind Probe - Dragoon can read the mind of foe to find out next attack and motives.
4. Chi Storm - Dragoon sends out an attack of pure spirit to knock back foe.
5. Chi Vortex - Dragoon siphons the energy of foe.
6. Mind Vortex - Stronger version of probe, Dragoon can now dig deeper.
7. Mind Blast - Stronger version of arror, has 15% chance of killing.
8. Destroy Mind - Dragoon attempts to enter the foes mind and rip up all memories.
9. Death Touch - Dragoon focuses all energy into thier hand allowing it to kill upon touch.
10. Dragon Summon - Dragoon can summon the immortal psionic dragon to come down and rip into the mind of foes tearing thier minds up leaving them nothing more then useless dolls.
