Death of Chelker III of Vardeu. His first son, Orden II, is taken captive by his second son, Alver, who claims the throne.

Chelker's third son, Cheldis, allies with Nairen. End of Vardeu civil war.

Birth of Orden (later Orden III), son of Alver.

Birth of Kêu, son of Cheldis, and of Alver's second son Jûvor.

Cheldis dies and is succeeded by Kêu, who marries Veukar's daughter Merka. Masra marries Jessa, a great-granddaughter of Seleŋk.

Veukar lends Kêu an army to lead against Orden. Kêu becomes king of a reunified Vardeu, but under the protection of Endros. Jûvor marries Engis of Xavarta.

Death of Nairen. Aukar succeeds as king of Endros.

Orden III dies, probably murdered. Hêval declares Vardi independent from Arêndron rule. Aukar gives Masra an army to lead against Hêval, who is defeated. Kêu establishes a new Vardeu kingdom with its capital at Velêra.

Great Winter drives Sairyan barbarians into Envallândra. Kêu is given an army to fight them but breaks his word and opposes Arêndron rule, starting the Argundran War.
