Class Descriptions
 

  Yoga (1 hr and 15 min)
Designed to reduce muscle tension, enhance relaxation, improve posture, balance and strength. Traditional yoga postures are explained, demonstrated and modified for all levels.
 
  Kripalu Yoga (1 hr and 15 min)
An introspective practice, holding poses to explore and release emotional, physical and spiritual blockages.
 
  Beginner Yoga (1 hr and 15 min)
Introduces you to the postures and practice of yoga.
 
  Power Yoga (1 hr and 15 min)
Yoga postures flow together in a choreographed manner.
 
  Pilates/Sculpt (1 hour)
Pilates mat classes are designed to develop "core strength", abdominals and back, plus more! All levels.
 
  Body Sculpt (1 hour)
Will slim, strengthen, tone and refine your entire body. Bring sneakers. All levels.
 
  Adult Ballet (1 hour)
For beginners and seasonal dancers. Basic barre work and center work.
 
   

Tapas Ultra Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows, light weights, and resistance bands are provided! Wear comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing. Layers are best.
