hworang (i dont think i spelled his name right) was the best charcter for tekken 3
This was my favorite tekken charcter (he was korean too right on). Hes easy to learn and if you learn him you can do some easy damage hes like the faster kicker in the game which is great because kicks have nice range. This costume he wears now is better than his tae kwan doe suit. Leather chaps... that means hes biker (which he is) or a homosexual
