Sat Aung was born in upper Burma ( Myo Thit Ka Lay , Ho Pin ). He graduated with
BE(Electronics) in 1984 from Rangon Institute of Technology, Myanmar. He came to Singapore
in 1989 and now he is working in Chioda (Singapore).
