To figure out dosing for Zantac 15mg/1mL syrup:
1.divide current weight in lbs by 2.2 to equal kilos
2.times weight in kilos by 5 or 10 (lowest or highest dose)
3.divide by 15 to get mg dose into mL's
daily dose is usually broken up into 2 or 3 doses throughout the day.
