USA v. Eric Parker
Two mandatory life sentences were imposed on Mr. Parker in a large drug
conspiracy indictment. Appeal was taken to the 6th Circuit Court of
Appeals in Cincinnati. Both the convictions and the two life sentences
were overturned by the court.
