Glimpse Into Zen

Before attending Orientation sessions, those interested in Zen are encouraged to attend the “Glimpse Into Zen” briefing. These introductory talks are periodically held to answer questions from people who want to know more about what zen is. Members share their experiences during these sessions, and relate how the practice helps them in their daily lives.
