Dark Tree of Mana Started making this while a picture in vue was rendering on my other computer. Only used one brush, just changed the brush settings and colors around. I'm thinking about straying away from vue and doing this kind of art, I can capture my minds eye a lot better and also 3 letters...RTR (Real Time Results!!!)

Deep in the Forest One of my best scenes yet. Showing off some waterfalls that I'm going to have for sale. This one has a canvas filter applied to it.

Suspended for a Moment Another waterfall. Reminds me of the time I fell down a watefall.

Illustria Falls I love this picture, I have had it envisioned for some time. Probably my best waterfall scene yet.

Contemplation Good to get back to the outdoors! Experimenting with alpha planes as mist.

At the Library My last indoor picture for awhile. A lot of time went into this one, especially on the lighting and books.

Oriental Passage Another experiment with volumetric lights and stained glass. I'm not sure exactly what this is so I called it a passage.

Hall of Mystery This is my first Goth style image. Castlevania was the source of inspiration I like it  but it took forever to render.

Head in a Cloud I got the title from a Craig's Brother song. I modeled the guitar myself. There's no strap because when your floating on a cloud, you don't need one.

Stakeout Had fun making this one. I've been wanting to use Eric's bridge in a picture.

Free Fall 2004 A remake of the original with more skill

Shimmer    Not really my style of art but I thought I would give it a try.

Verdant Forest    Inspired by the movie "The Beach" This is the first real forest type scenes I have done that turned out the way I wanted.

Chilled Blue Fall    Spent a lot of time on the stream and not so much on the fall. Very happy with this one

Scout    I thought a first person perspective would be a great idea for an image.. took awhile to render...

sCreek Crossing    I enjoyed making this one a lot, except for when Vue was being a pain.. Inspired by a place where me Chris and Michael used to play behind my grandmas.

Overlooking The Estate    Used primitive objects in this one, which I rarely do. Had a lot of fun making the foreground but the background was a bit of a pain...

Enemy Spotted    This one has a jungle warfare theme. I can't wait for Snake Eater to come out! Click here for all the different versions and some close up shots of the soldiers.

Cascading Grandeur      My first waterfall of 2004. I think its a good start!

A Peaceful Memory    A very deep image. Check out my journal for some other notes on this image. Try the Java Enhanced Version!

Free Fall    My favorite image I've made. Inspiration from one of my favorite summer hobbies.

To the End    Tom helped me name this one. Experimenting with alpha planes.

A Look Beyond 2    The only thing I changed is the foreground.

A Look Beyond    I rendered the background first then added foreground. I love this background!

Blustery Peaks    I wanted to make something that looked detailed. The snow is light, not texture.

Inland of Tranquility    I love this picture. One of my best.

Velvet Rush    Big violet waterfall. For Tonya

Fall of Youth    This got a good response from the renderosity crowd. I like it a lot too.

Canyon Rapids    I like this image, even though the water colors don't match!

Evening Fall    First waterfall image where I used Photoshop for the fall.

Creekside    Spent a lot of time getting the lighting and vegetation right. I can still point out some flaws...

Underwater We Gogh    How punny! geez... Done in about 30 minutes. Wish I remembered how I done it.
