Next, test fit your A13 inner bearing.....bet it don't fit!!!! :)
Get some emery cloth and sand and sand and sand and sand on the bearing adapter until it will EASILY slide on. DO NOT FORCE IT.
Once you get the adapter sanded, you are ready for assembly.
First, remove the outer race that is installed in your new Ford rotor and replace it will the race supplied with your A2 bearing. Next, pack your A13 with grease and install it in the rotor. Install the 4148 grease seal on the back of the rotor and place the assembly on your stock spindle being careful not to damage your grease seal.
Now, pack and install your A2 bearing. Use a spindle washer from a 73-93 Ford and your original spindle nut. The original washer is too large in diameter and will rub on the grease cap.
Adjust the bearings, and install the grease cap.
Your rotor assembly is now complete, time for calipers!!
Many, maybe all, of these calipers have a casting bump below the piston housing, between the two mounting holes, that will interfere with your bracket. Test fit the caliper, you will probably have to grind the bump away, only as much as necessary!!!!!
From this point everything is straight forward. Mount the caliper with the bleeder facing up, don't forget your anti-rattle clips.
Finally, splurge and get some nice braided stainless steel hoses.
Here are some pictures of the completed assembly. I put a green arrow on the third picture to show where the casting bump is located.
