An interesting photo by Victor Vozzo. This shot captures the corps ready to march off the field after a retreat. A rifle toss is seen in the foreground. Behind you can see the snare's "fan" visual. I don't know what the hell is in the top half of the photo, but I'm sure Victor meant to do it. Some type of avant guard photo artistry no doubt. | Tim Kelly shown at a lighter moment taking a bite out of his cymbal. After a stint in the Marine Corps, Tim passed away at too young an age in Texas. Tim had all the zeal, intensity and endurance to be a good Marine and to be an exceptional big cymbal player. |
