This walkthrough has many directions in it. When I say UP 1 for example I mean up 1 screen. However this refers to a door at the north of the room, not a staircase. If you are directed to a staircase, it will say something like "Go up the staircase."
You should always be facing your enemies when attacking them. Try not to get caught from behind.
Keep a supply of fairies, or medicine in bottles at all times. Fairies only give back seven hearts, but will revive you automatically. Red medicine will give back all hearts, but you can get killed before having time to use it very easily.
When you have the Pegasus Boots, dash into trees to get items. You can also dash at bushes to destroy many all in a row.
catch bees with the net and put them in a bottle. Once let out they will destroy some baddies for you.
In this walkthrough I have named some enemies with my own descriptive names as I don't know the real ones.
In rooms with many enemies, using a medallion spell like Bombos or ether can clear a room of monsters quickly. |
