A Link To The Past: The Master Sword / Hyrule Castle

Once you have all three pendants, you can get the Master Sword. It's located in the Lost Woods in north-west Hyrule.

The Lost Woods is full of log tunnels and thieves. Don't let thieves touch you or they can steal some of your items. Walk towards the north-west corner of the woods and you should come across the Master Sword. Step behind it and pull it out!

Sahashralah will talk to you, and then Princess Zelda will send a cry for help by telepathy. She says there are soldiers at the Sanctuary. If you go there you will find the sage wounded and Princess Zelda missing. She has been taken back to Hyrule Castle.

You can get in Hyrule Castle through the main gate, north of your house.

FROM THE START

Green Soldiers. Use the bottom-right door.
RIGHT 1: Go up the stairs, and walk along the bridge to the south of the room.
DOWN 1: You'll be outside. Use the Master Sword to break the seal and re-enter the castle.
UP 2: Ball & Chain Soldiers: Kill both o open the doors.
RIGHT 1: Blue Knights: Kill both to get a chest with a key inside. Unlock the door and go up the stairs to 3F. Kill the blue knight and bat if you want to.
LEFT 1: Blue Knights, Bats: Light lamps to see your way. Open the chest on the west wall of the room for a key. Pushing the block at the south of the room will open the door you came through. Unlock the door on the east side of the room.
RIGHT 1: Blue Knights: Kill enemies if you want to. Go up the stairs to 4F, where there is an archer and a blue soldier.
LEFT 1: Blue Soldiers: Light the torches to see the way. Pushing the block will open the door you came through. Exit the room through the north-east door.
RIGHT 1: Archers, Blue Soldier: Kill the archer carrying the key to get it. Kill all baddies to open the door you came through. Unlock the north door and go up the stairs to 5F. There are Red Knights and Bats in this room. Kill all enemies to open the door.
LEFT 1: Red Soldiers: Kill both to open the doors.
DOWN 1: Red Soldiers, Bats: Kill the soldier in the centre to open the door you came through and get a key. Unlock the door.
RIGHT 1: Ball & Chain Soldier, Red Knight, Blue Knight: Kill baddies if you want to. Go up the stairs to 6F. There are Archers and a Red Soldier in this room. Push the statue to get through.
LEFT 1: Blue Soldiers: Knock off the enemies before crossing the narrow path. Go up the stairs to 7F.
UP 1: Aganhim the wizard will be greet you. He casts a spell on Princess Zelda, breaking the seal on the Golden Land. After he leaves, cut the middle curtain with your sword to go outside and fight him.

AGANHIM: Face him when he shoots magic balls. Hit them back at him with your sword. You can't hit clustered magic balls back at him though. If he moves to the top of the screen, it usually means he will shoot lightning, so be sure to stay out of it's way in the top left and right corners. Hit him six times with deflected magic balls and he will vanish and you'll be transported to the Dark World.
