First thanks you all for all answers.
From Golic ( Slovenia ) have withdrawn the highest measuring tower for wind.
Approximately 200 meters for frontier ( mountain Zbevnica 1014 meters high) are surveyor for wind set Croatians. Distance betwen Golic and Zbevnica is cc 200 meters.
I have four questions:

1 - How much must be distance ( meters or kilometers) between field Natura2000 and wind power plants ?
2 - How much must be distance between national park and wind power plants ?
3 - How much must be distance between houses, where live people and wind power plants ?
4 - How much must be distance between frontier and wind power plants ?

Near this place ( Zbevnica ) in Croatia ( 15 kilometers is National park Ucka ).
Slovene ministry for energy and environment still hasn't insured Golic. Are you send what in written shape as protection before wind power plants?

As regards your particular questions, there are no specified minimum distances on these issues in EU legislation. If a project is likely to affect sites of nature conservation importance (ie if it is in the Natura 2000 site), an appropriate assessment according to Article 6 of the Habitats-Directive (92/43/EEC) should be documented. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the relevant Slovenian authorities to ensure that any procedures are properly followed.

Having said that, I can assure you that the Commission is following this matter and will take any opportunity in bilateral contacts with the Slovenian environmental authorities enquire on this matter.

Vaš dopis oz. vprašanja smo odstopili slovenski delegaciji Stalne mešane komisije zadolzene za izvajanje Sporazuma med RS in RH o obmejnem prometu in sodelovanju s prošnjo, da sprozi to vprašanje in pridobi ustrezne podatke. Dobili smo slijedeci odgovor:

Mjerac snage vjetra je postavila tvrtka Valalta d.d. iz Rovinja uz dopuštenje Opcine Lanište, na proljece ove godine.
Nalazi se tocno nasuprot mjesta Trstenik.
Svrha mjeraca je ispitivanje mogucnosti postavljanja vjetrenjaca, poput
onih postavljenih na otoku Pagu. Vrijeme mjerenja je godinu dana, znaci do proljeca 2004.g.

Na naš upit da li Opcina Lanišce namjerava dopustiti postavljanje vjetrenjace ukoliko Valalta d.d. to zatrazi,
rekli su da ne mogu sad odgovoriti na to pitanje i dodali da je Opcina 1999.g. zabranila postavljanje jedne antene mobilne telefonske mreze. Inace bili su vrlo ljubazni.

Hrvatska tudi nima Zelene stranke v parlamentu, zato se za zascito narave borijo razna lokalna drustva podobno kot v Sloveniji.

Croatia like Slovenia has not Green patry in parliament, so for protect intact nature,fight varied local society like in Slovenia.

NO WAY FOR WIND POWER PLANTS ON GOLIC, actually they are newage big pollutant

of environment and thief of silence.

Projekt : Ohranitev Golica pred postavitvijo vetrnih elektrarn je verjetno najvecji projekt ohranitve naravnega okolja in kulturne dedinšcine, ki poteka v letu 2003 v Sloveniji in mogoce v EVROPI - projekt smo prijavili na razpis Nagrade druzbe FORD za leto 2003.

Project : Protection Plateu Golic before setting wind power plants is for at the moment the biggest project of preservation of physical environment and of cultural heritage, which goes in Slovenia in 2003 or maybe in EUROPE - Project registration to Ford Conservation and Environmental Grants 2003.

Prav tako Greenpeace ne podpira postavitve vetrnih elektrarn povsod, še posebno ne , na pomembnih obmocjih za ptice in kjer je Obmocje Nature 2000.

Also Greenpeace reply, that not automatically supports the construction of wind turbines in any place, particulary not in places imortant for birds ( habitat ) and not in places in natura2000.

Upamo, da se ministrstvo zaveda, da planota Golic spada v Drugi vodovarstveni pas reke Rizane, ki skoraj v celoti pokriva s preskrbo pitne vode vso Slovensko Istro in da nikjer na svetu Vetrnih elektrarn ne postavljajo na taka obmocja zaradi potencialnega onesnazenja pitne vode s sinteticnim oljem ( vsaka vetrna turbina ima okoli 370 litrov olja, 370 x 80 vetrnih elektrn = 30.000 litov olja ). Da bodo vetrne elektrarne vidne iz Hrastoveljskega tabora in da na tem podrocju ze poteka Evropski projekt Natura2000.

Hope, that ministry realizes, that plateau of Golice belongs to Second water protect zone of river Rizane, which almost to whole covers with drinking water entire Slovene Istria and that nowhere on world of wind power plants no set on such ranges because of potential pollution of drinking water with synthetic oil ( every wind turbine has round 370 litres of oil ,370 x 80 Wind turbines = 30.000 litres of oil ). That will of wind power plants of visual from Hrastovlje church - tabor ( The dance of death - freske ) and that on this field already goes European project Natura2000.

Let of Golice stays goal and let him however Mr. minister Janez Kopac at once put in to spatial plan between most highly Natural treasure R. of Slovenia.

Naj Golic ostane gol in naj ga vendar g. minister Janez Kopac ze enkrat umesti v prostorski plan

med najvišje Naravne vrednote R. Slovenije.
