Format for the picture ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Submit your picture in .jpg or .gif format. .bmp files are too big for me to accept. .................. 3. Size of picture ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Submissions may not be more than 256KB large, and if possible not require scrolling to view the entire picture. This makes it easier to view. ................................... 4.
