Mysterious New Hero In Town
[CU] Another heroic escapade by local masked crusaders very nearly turned to disaster when the robbery the young heroes arriveed to stop was revealed to be the work of the terrible villain known only as the Economist. Little is known about this sinister figure, but many speculate he may be a robot of some kind.
"We weren't ready for that kind of a fight," said Catholic Schoolgirl Ninja. "He showed up out of nowhere with these strange charts."
Human Stench added, "I don't know what sort of evil trap they were, but within seconds of looking at them, we just had no idea where we were or what we were doing. They sucked you in."
"I guess they looked like big playing cards or something," offered Attention Deficit Boy. "I mean, the guys say they made you forget what you were doing, but that happens all the time, right?"
Luckily disaster was averted just in time when a new player entered the scene.
"This guy comes flying out of the shadows with this incoherent war cry," said Human Stench. "I was still in a daze, so all I saw was the plastic fast food cup in his hand, and that he was wearing some sort of suit. After that, his movements were a blur."
Catholic Schoolgirl Ninja continued the story. "I'm still not entirely sure what happened. But in seconds, he single-handedly defeated the Economist and all of his minions. All I remember is he identified himself as 'Master Weiss', and the whole place smelled like alcohol."
"It was totally sweet," said Attention Deficit Boy. "Like something out of D&D. Like this one monk character I had, right? I was going to multiclass into shadowdancer but..."
Once again we had to abandon the interview with Attention Deficit Boy in the face of a barrage of irrelevant stories and trivia. However, despite these setbacks, we'll be sure to being you more of the story as it develops.
