ZENA GROUP DEVELOPMENT PATH

In order to free the Founders for Group, Promotional and Product Development, a second tier of our hierarchy needs to be developed. This will consist of area directors.  Entrants will start as Area Managers, with self employed status.  They will be enrolled by our judging notional skills gleaned from their CV’s and telephone conversations.  As they will have self employed status they can work part time until they decide that working with us is more interesting and their full time earnings will exceed their present earnings and opportunities by a great deal. 

To find out what we do and how well we do it, put  Zena Group  in your favourite search engine. You will find us favourably displayed without having paid a penny for it, on the first page of most of them.  (only one of our many unique free promotion tricks).

As we are proposing to become multilingual as a next step, contact with genuine bilingual people is also sought.

Suitable outside businesses successfully selling on the internet can benefit from joining our Group as well.

All additional skills required for individuals or firms, will be taught free by E-mail advice and shadowing, if possible or practical. Your fastest path to earnings is underlined below.

So far, we have only found one competitor called “ICS- the worlds No.1 in Home Learning”.  If you ring 0500 888 003 (UK) and ask for a catalogue you too can check them out.  We have done that and found that they look huge indeed, compared with the present size of the Zena Group but that their courses enslave you in the same way that your present conventional education does. 

We did not find a web for them (5 / ’03), but their catalogue does not mention a “Money Back” guarantee. “Their Unique Selling Points” are also mundane compared to ours, just like their courses.

To ascertain that mission uniformity is maintained everyone will initially work under guidance of the Founders. The most critical task is to learn to perform successfully as a commission agent (this also produces the first earnings at £50 per course). The most effective sales method has been selling by presentation to selected groups, where six courses have sometimes been sold with one presentation.

Going to weekend seminars by other people to learn selling by presentation costs about £700 plus travelling to the venue.

We teach presentation skills to sell our much superior curses completely free.

When sufficient courses are sold, you will be taught to tutor. When your skills are considered adequate, earnings at £15 per hour will commence. Shadowing by the quality assurance department will continue.  The Quality Assurance department also creates a FAQ system, which will be regularly circulated to all tutors, thus reducing their workload.

The Area Manager entrant will then design and submit an admin system plan.

This plan must include a flow chart. Once this plan is approved s/he will commence to actuate the plan and expand the territory as installed area manager, with the Founders acting as supervising Line Managers.  You can continue to earn agents commission and tutor fees. At the end of a successful year in operation a bonus of 20% of profits of  your area is also paid.

In his previous business as an engineering manufacturer the founders firm Bournemouth Industrial Supplies Limited, has consistently earned between 46% and 62% per £ invested. Zena Group is expected to continue doing even better.

In 2002 Rolls Royce proudly boasted to have produced 11% earnings.

After the second year in post, the successful area manager has achieved area director status and receives one share of Zena Limited. This plan is for a new start to the second three year expansion plan. It will be added to and amended as required after consultation with the official participants in the plan.

Learning all the new skills is essential for area managers, s/he will have to teach many of them to expand the earnings from the area managed by the method at present employed. This means that even on retirement, when someone else is in post, s/he can choose to continue to earn as commission agent and/or tutor.
