HOW TO KILL A VAMPIRE

There are many ways to kill a Vampire. Not all of these ways work with all Vampires, some are stronger than others, so it would take more to kill it.

One way that seems to have never failed, is to cut off its head and cut out the heart and burn it. Or, burn the Vampire and send its ashes down a flowing river or lake. Or, drive a wooden stake through its heart.

In Russia and throughout the Baltic Sea area, they carved Ash into stakes thinking that no other wood would work because Ash held magical properties. In Silesia, they chose Oak wood for their stakes and in Serbia, they chose Hawthorn. Hawthorn, like its name has a thorny texture. Vampires are highly allergic to thorns.
