Music Hall
Megadeth, Arizona:
Capitol Records created this web site as a promotional venture during the release of the Youthanasia record. It did so well, they decided to keep it around. Visit "The Resurrection" of the site for "Cryptic Writings." Recently, I won backstage passes to a Megadeth concert from them. Check out the "Where's Vic?" MegaContest. As a result, here's my first Aragon "backstage" concert experience. It's lengthy, but perhaps you'll learn something.

CyberArmy: MegaData is AWOL. Megadeth merchandise is 5 to 10 dollars more, before shipping, if I order it through "Cyber Army." No discounts. No real contests -- since you seem to hear about them after the chance to enter has expired -- and no real point in joining unless you can con your friends into joining so you get free trinkets. The one good point is that you DO get to know what the guys are doing currently. You can do that by browsing the newsstands though. I only recieved three mailings in one year's time. Some of those were torn. The web page is less costly and more informative than the snail mailing. Check it out, just evade donating currency.

MTV's Megadeth Gallery:
It's true, MTV is not something anyone would dare say is a good thing. However, they do have Megadeth information on their web site. They've banned Megadeth videos so much I no longer watch their programming... You can find out the latest news, interviews, and press releases on their web site. Perhaps some day MTV will be inclined to play better videos too.

Ratlhead's Pit:
Mike boasts that he was the first to bring Megadeth to the web. I doubt that highly. He does have some useful information, since he appears to get information directly from the band members at times. I say he has too much information though. He offers sound files and will be offering guitar tablatures. Why should fans buy the tabs if they can find them on the net? He recently changed his web address to megadeth.com... His site has been successful because he runs "The Rattler." That's a Megadeth e-mail list that lets fans post messages about their favorite band to nearly 300 other fans. This is one other way Mike gets web content. I'm here to present Megadeth the way I want to. You decide if his way is better.

Columbia House
I used to be a member of Columbia House until I realized that they were taxing me for the product and shipping. If you note how other mail order companies opperate, you will notice that they only tax residents that live in the same state the company is located in. Columbia House is different. The Better Business Bureau should hear about Columbia House's business practices.
