A colony gets wiped out but by a stroke of luck...and plot improtance Akito Tenkawa finds his way oddly on Earth. So as we must do in all anime WE FIGHT! Our instrument? The Mobile Battleship NADESICO! Watch as Akito becomes a cook then pilot. Watch Yurika the captain not listen to Akito...watch 1/3 the female cast fall for Akito. Find out who the Jovians really are...why Akito lived...And maybe, just maybe we'll have a good romance or two...and that equates to a good show! |

| This thing has layers on layers. Massive intrege and well comedy. It plays drama and comedy very well. The character relations are well done, and not OVER done. It's serious when it needs to be, and funny to keep one's attention |

| Well the art is standard. Nothing really stands out. It has good character art, but nothing spectacular. The music, while ok the first time starts to rot your ears. DON'T listen to the Gekiganer theme to much or you WILL die. |

| Wide variety. Go from spastic cooks to spastic pilots. Obsessesed would be boyfriends. Obsessed would be girl friends. Dead pan 12 yr old navagators...odd isn't it? Voice actresses...spunky...sleepy, happy..doc. |

| Very little cussing. Not to much fanservice. A detailed plot...just don't watch the movie. |

| I was surprised by this Anime. At first i thought it just another Space adventure. It's not. The successful use of comedy and drama worked very well. The whole show kept me entertained. Just the movie failed. It tried to be something the anime wasn't. It cut out the comedy for angst...not a good way to go. So barring the moive, I highly recommend watching this...and hey the English dub is actually very good!! Thank Kami-sama for small miracles. |
