When, Where, and Why Bother.

 I recall Zephlon in the late 1980’s, and it’s not a pretty site; crawling around,  spewing up on every thing and making a general unorganized noise, its just the same today  in  some  ways; we are a band, always low paid, crawling around on the search for gigs and spewing our alternative rock/funky vibes over anyone who gets in the way. Yeah things are fun.

Zephlon in fact wasn’t formed until the year 2000, when Mathew Allmark, Daniel Morgan, Danyal Awal and   Andrew Western decided to privilege the world with their musical presence. Since then Western dropped completely out of the music scene soon to be replaced by Americ Davis (who has now managed to disappear off the face of the earth- if u have any information on his whereabouts please contact us because he is still in possession of Mathews C.D. and possibly his watch) Danyal Awel has been part of Zephlon several times in the past as the only available option (Vince– current bassist– was playing for the band once known as Hyndsyte) but was repeatedly substituted for parsons of the less annoying variety. Alternate bassists include; Thomas Power and Zephlon’s own Mathew Allmark.

The line up today is;

Mathew Allmark – lead guitar/ vocals (the blonde of the band/ Mr. Tumbnuss)

Daniel Morgan- Rhythm/backing guitar (the talented bloke)

Vincent Croft– Bass/ Vocals (the guy who looks after the practice hall  during the week)

Alun King– Drums (the Professional/ Head Boy)
