Welcome to Zero Enterprises, where we help you find the product or service that's right for you.  At Zero Enterprises, we recognize and respect the importance of your information security and your personal privacy.  With your permission, we use information about you plus information you provide to help find solutions that meet your needs.  By using our Web site and submitting online information about yourself, you are indicating that you allow us to use your information as described below.

Our Privacy Policy

Your Information Is Safe With Us.
We know that having trust and confidence in the companies you do business with is important to you. That's why Zero Enterprises is committed to keeping your personal information accurate, secure, and confidential. Unless defined otherwise, "information" in this Privacy Policy means information that specifically identifies you.

To help you understand our Privacy Policy, here are answers to commonly asked questions:

  1. What kind of information about me do you gather?

We may gather information about you from:

  • your account applications, application results or other information that you provide to us or our affiliates, such as your name, address and other information;
  • our experience and our affiliates' experience with how you use and manage your accounts (such as your balance, credit line, and transaction and payment history) and how you use other products and services we offer you;
  • our affiliates who are financial lenders that provide us with information about you from credit bureaus, unless you request that your information not be shared;
  • companies that provide consumer data or analysis as a service or product.

We may gather information on your online activity on our Web sites to help us improve our Web sites or to track your site navigation so that we can understand your preferences.

  2. How do you protect my information?
      To keep your personal information strictly confidential, we protect it with physical and electronic safeguards, and we make sure that we abide by applicable federal security standards (for more information, please scroll down for Our Security Statement). We regularly review our processes and keep abreast of new technology. We do not allow anyone to have access to your personal information unless they sign an agreement not to use or disclose your information without authorization.

In addition, we require all outside firms and agencies we hire to help us with any part of our business, including servicing and data processing, and all companies with which we enter into joint marketing agreements, to maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to comply with all applicable laws.

  3. How do you ensure that my information is accurate?
      We want your information and information about you that we receive from credit reporting agencies and other outside sources to be accurate and up-to-date. We follow reasonable commercial standards to maintain your information accurately. If you notify us of inaccurate information or outdated information, we will investigate and make any necessary corrections.

  4. Do you sell my information?
      No. We do not permit list brokers, mail-order businesses, telemarketers, or other marketing firms to contact you to promote their services or products, and we do not sell, lend, or give out your information for this purpose. If you are a former customer, we maintain the confidentiality of your personal information as if you were still a customer.

  5. Do you share my information with your affiliates?

Yes. Zero Enterprises will share the information you submit in your online application for a credit card account with the affiliated National Bank, the card issuer, so it can make a credit decision on your application. Also, Zero Enterprises and its affiliates may use your information to offer you other products and services.

If your application is approved and you receive an account, your account information at the National Bank will be subject to the National Bank Privacy Policy. Under federal law, the National Bank, the card issuer, may share with Zero Enterprises and other affiliates your credit card account and transaction information. Sharing information in this way enables Zero Enterprises and the National Bank to serve you better and offer you interesting products and services.

Zero Enterprises may share with the National Bank and other affiliates information gathered from you during your visits to any of our Web sites so our family of companies can understand your needs and preferences and try to tailor our offers of goods and services accordingly. If you do not want us to share your information for these purposes, you should not submit your information on any of our websites.

  6.
Do you share my information with non-affiliated companies?

Yes, but only as follows and only under confidential conditions:

When you provide your information to Zero Enterprises to search for a product or service through our lender network and marketplace, you are consenting to our sharing it with lenders in our network or other providers of goods and services in our marketplace. They will use it to process your specific loan inquiry or application, offer you products and services that may be appealing to you, evaluate your eligibility, or complete your loan or other transaction. Once your information is submitted to them, it is subject to those lenders' or providers' privacy policies; you should read those policies to understand how those firms handle your information. If you do not want us to share your information in this way, please do not submit a search request to us because we may not be able to conduct a search while withholding your information from these non-affiliated companies.

We may share the types of information described in #1 above in certain circumstances permitted by law such as:

  • We may share your information with companies that we hire to perform necessary account-servicing functions at our direction to manage and maintain your account.
  • We may use certain non-affiliated companies to perform services on our behalf and at our direction to help us communicate with you, or to help us offer or provide you with products or services in connection with your account.
  • We may share your information with a company with which we have a joint-marketing agreement to offer you a product or service, but only after you give us permission to do so, or after you enroll for the product or service.
  • We may report your information to government regulators, law enforcement agencies, companies like credit bureaus, in connection with a fraud investigation, or in response to a subpoena or legal process.
  • We may share your information in connection with a proposed or actual sale, securitization, transfer, merger, or exchange of all or a portion of our business.

We have written agreements with the companies described above that require them to keep your information safe and confidential and to use it only for the purposes we specify. Please note that you cannot instruct us not to share information for the five purposes noted above. This information-sharing is essential for account maintenance and servicing.

This Privacy Policy and our practices are subject to change. As significant changes occur, we will update this policy, and we will let you know about them.

Our Security Statement

If you are transacting business with us over the internet, we ensure the security of your information by:

    participating in the VeriSign program, which certifies all of our secure servers;

    using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to transmit confidential information between your browser and the Zero Enterprises web servers; and

    keeping our databases and our web servers operating separately, and protected by an electronic and physical firewall.

To use our Web sites securely, you'll need an SSL-capable browser such as MS Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher) or Netscape Navigator 4.7 (or higher). Performance with WebTV cannot be guaranteed.

Tips for Safe Shopping

We guarantee that if a breach of security occurs, you will not be held responsible for charges to your credit card that you did not make. We also offer these tips:

    Use a browser with 128-bit encryption (40-bit encryption secures your information, but 128-bit provides more security).

    Don't walk away from your computer when in communication with our servers.

    Safeguard your passwords and PIN or other identifying numbers and do not share them with others.

    Keep personal information such as your mother's maiden name and identifying numbers (including your social security, driver's license, passport, and credit card numbers) in a safe and secure place. Do NOT share this information unless you know the purpose for which it will be used.

    Before anyone else uses your computer, clear your cache or restart your browser (this eliminates copies of web pages that have been stored in your hard drive). The preference menu on your browser can tell you how to clear your cache.
