Do
you share my information with your affiliates? |
Yes. Zero
Enterprises will share the information you submit in your online

the card issuer, so it can make a credit decision on your application.
Also, Zero Enterprises and its affiliates may use your information to
offer you other products and services.
If your
application is approved and you receive an account, your account
information at the National Bank will be subject to the National Bank
Privacy Policy. Under federal law, the National Bank, the card issuer,
may share with Zero Enterprises and other affiliates your credit card
account and transaction information. Sharing information in this way
enables Zero Enterprises and the National Bank to serve you better and
offer you interesting products and services.
Zero Enterprises
may share with the National Bank and other affiliates information
gathered from you during your visits to any of our Web sites so our
family of companies can understand your needs and preferences and try to
tailor our offers of goods and services accordingly. If you do not want

Do
you share my information with non-affiliated companies?
Yes, but only as
follows and only under confidential conditions:
When you provide
your information to Zero Enterprises to search for a product or service
through our lender network and marketplace, you are consenting to our
sharing it with lenders in our network or other providers of goods and
services in our marketplace. They will use it to process your specific
loan inquiry or application, offer you products and services that may be
appealing to you, evaluate your eligibility, or complete your loan or
other transaction. Once your information is submitted to them, it is
subject to those lenders' or providers' privacy policies; you should read
those policies to understand how those firms handle your information. If
you do not want us to share your information in this way, please do not
submit a search request to us because we may not be able to conduct a
search while withholding your information from these non-affiliated
companies.
We may share the
types of information described in #1 above in certain circumstances
permitted by law such as:

necessary account-servicing functions at our direction to manage and

our behalf and at our direction to help us communicate with you, or to
help us offer or provide you with products or services in connection
with your account.
- We may share your information with a company with which we have a
joint-marketing agreement to offer you a product or service, but only
after you give us permission to do so, or after you enroll for the
product or service.
- We may report your information to government regulators, law
enforcement agencies, companies like credit bureaus, in connection
with a fraud investigation, or in response to a subpoena or legal
process.
- We may share your information in connection with a proposed or
actual sale, securitization, transfer, merger, or exchange of all or a
portion of our business.

Tips
for Safe Shopping
We guarantee that if
a breach of security occurs, you will not be held responsible for charges
to your credit card that you did not make. We also offer these tips:
Use a
browser with 128-bit encryption (40-bit encryption secures your
information, but 128-bit provides more security). |
Don't
walk away from your computer when in communication with our servers. |
Safeguard
your passwords and PIN or other identifying numbers and do not share them
with others. |
Keep
personal information such as your mother's maiden name and identifying
numbers (including your social security, driver's license, passport, and
credit card numbers) in a safe and secure place. Do NOT share this
information unless you know the purpose for which it will be used. |
