Outside was written by Aaron Lewis of Staind and the first release of the song was on the Family Values Tour '99 CD. Aaron is accompanied by Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit on this track. The only instruments on this song is one acoustic guitar played by Aaron. Staind will be releasing a studio version of the song on their new album "Break the Cycle". Right now this is my favorite song of all times, I hope you enjoy. |
Outside And you Bring me to my knees Again All this time That I could beg you please In vain All the times That I felt insecure For you And I leave My burden at the door (Chorus) But I'm on the outside I'm looking in I can see through you See your true colors Inside your ugly Ugly like me I can see through you See to the real you All the time That I felt like this wont end Its for you And I taste What I could never have It was from you All the times that I cried My intentions Full of pride But I waste more times than anyone (Chorus) All the times That I cried All this wasted It's all inside And I feell All this pain Stuffed it down It's back again And I lie Here in bed All alone I cant mend But I feel Tomorrow will be okay (Chorus) |
