[1] The Blu Brothers made their PPV debut here but lost to the Allied Powers.
[2] The Roadie, accompanying Jarrett, clipped Ramon's knee when Ramon positioned Jarrett for the Razor's Edge. The 1-2-3 ran down to the ring and decked the Roadie with a spinning kick. Jarrett and the Roadie double-teamed on the Kid before Ramon made the rescue.
[3] It was a grudge match between the Undertaker and the Million Dollar Corporation. At one point in time, Kama entered and stole the Undertaker's urn from Paul Bearer. The Undertaker pinned Bundy following a bodyslam and a flying clotheline.
[4] Yokozuna executed the Banzai Drop on Billy Gunn and Owen tagged in for the cover. On winning the Tag-Team belts, which was Owen's first belt, he jumped up and down like a little kid.
[5] Roddy Piper was announced as the guest referee for this 'I Quit' match, which is basically a submission match where the loser was required to submit by saying 'I Quit'. It was expected that Bret will use his patented Sharpshooter but he turned the tables on Backlund by using Backlund's patented Crossface Chicken Wing. Backlund actually did not yell 'I Quit', but a series of unintelligible screams, which Piper interpreted it to mean 'I Quit'. After the match, Backlund told commentator Jim Ross, that he has 'seen the light' - whatever he means. Has he finally convinced himself that he is completely washed-up?
[6] Throughout the PPV, Nicholas Turturro claimed that Pamela Anderson was nowhere to be found in the arena. She was to have accompanied Shawn Michaels (as the winner of Royal Rumble '95) to the ring against WWF Champion, Diesel. Instead, Michaels entered the ring with Jennifer McCarthy. Diesel then emerged, to the surprise of the crowd, with Pamela Anderson. The background of this change was probably not revealed officially. At a later point during the match, the referee dropped off the ring apron to prevent Sid from interfering, which was when Michaels landed the superkick on Diesel. The referee was not in position to make the count, allowing Diesel to kick off. Finally, Diesel executed the Jacknife and got a clean pin.
[7] The main publicity of the PPV was centred on this match involving former New York Giants linebacker, Lawrence Taylor. The feud commenced at the Royal Rumble '95  after the Tag-Team tournament finals in which the 1-2-3 Kid and Bob Holly defeated Bigelow and Tatanka. Before the bout, Salt 'n' Pepa made their way through with a specially-composed number, 'Whadda' Man'. Bigelow entered with members of the Million Dollar Corporation, while Taylor was backed by a host of NFL stars. Taylor scored the pin after a clothesline from the second rope. The NFL stars and Salt 'n' Pepa celebrated with Taylor, who looked extremely tired, while Bigelow got a tongue-lashing from Ted DiBiase.
On the following day, in the televised Monday Night Raw, Sid turned on Shawn Michaels. The incident occurred after Diesel granted Michaels a rematch, but advised Michaels to do without managerial assistance. Sometime later, Michaels appeared for an interview and accepted Diesel's rematch and told Sid to take the night off. Not surprisingly, Sid attacked Michaels for dumping him and executed two powerbombs. As a result of this incident, Michaels turned face but had to suffer a back injury resulting from the powerbombs.
