Power-up Locations-

Armor Capsules-

1)Leg Capsule - Allows X to preform a dash that is very very useful.

Chill Penguin's Stage, no secret location its on the main path.

2)Helmet Capsule - Allows X to break certain blocks with a headbutt.

Storm Eagle's stage

3)Body Capsule - Reduces damage taken by 50%

Sting Chameleon's Stage

4) X-Buster Capsule - Improves the capabilities of your current X-Buster to charge it more and create a more powerful shot, it also allows you to charge up the weapon you obtain from bosses.

Flame Mammoth's Stage

Heart Tank Locations-

There is one Heart tank in every stage, the reason I'm not telling you where is because they're pretty easy to find.
