| the length of the board on the top and bottom. Make one of them the + and one the GND. Then all of the little rows are tied to gether the other direction. |

| Here is a quick sketch of the contact layout. Notice the gap in the middle. That is for ICs. The pins on the IC should go on both sides of the gap in the middle. |
