Optical incremental encoder - OIE 7K

 General information

The optical incremental encoders are designed for conversion of angular values (positions, transpositions, speeds and accelerations) into electric pulses read by bi-directional electronic counters or computerized systems. They can be used in CNC-control machines, robot engineering, authomated dosing and control systems, production process control, radionavigation equipment, CAD systems etc.

We also offer a version with a built-in microprocessor system for self-diagnostics. A version with microprocessor system that emulates Optical Incremental Encoder (Composed Optical Encoder) is also available. In this case the user has both OIE and OCE signals.

Output signals:

  • Two series of square pulses A and B, dephased at 900 ± 360 electrical.
  • Zero signal - one per revolution.
  • Inverse signals A, B and C.
