The Gods of Toril all are possessed Three Divine Elements : 1. Their current mortal form or Avatar ; 2. Their Mandate -a set of stone tablets enclosed in a High Altar - that serves as their focus of their astral powers; 3. Their Godly Essence , the core of the godly mana, the energies thast allow them to harness their mandated astral powers. This essence is encased in a great gem encased in a representation of themselves, known as their Supreme Idol.
Greater Temples: Each of the gods has a Greater Temple- their primary home base , where they have in their holy of holies (or unholy of unhoplies) their High Altar and Supreme Idol. For obvious reason these are places of great security, and often secrecy.
Lesser Temples and Shrines: These contain Mirror Idols and Mirror Altars linked to the primaries in the Greater Temple.
