Welcome once again my dear ones. Today, we are trying something different. Today, we are making use of this wonderful technology. And today, Gina is trying to type faster! I am so happy to be able to speak to you in this way. We will be using many forms of talking to you, sometimes I will talk through Gina directly, sometimes via computer and sometimes I will talk to you directly. I have already had the lovely opportunity to talk directly to some of you. Thank you for your invitation. So today we will continue our conversation about peace. In the time since I last spoke to you, I have been learning a great deal about your dimension, in order that I can help you better. I have been observing many things. My friends, I am often in awe of the way you manifest yourselves in your dimension. I feel truly blessed to be a part of what you are experiencing. I have been observing, so that I will be able to talk on a more practical level or be able to relate better to what you are feeling. Your world is a very physical place and it can be very distracting at times. This is why I wish to return to the theme of peace. In having a closer look at how your world is structured, I find that to talk abstractly of being at peace is not so helpful to you. So, I will try to talk in more practical terms that may assist you in your everyday life. How is your peace going? Mmm. Do you find that it comes and goes, that there are times when it easier to be at peace and others when it is harder? I must first answer the very important question, why is it so important to be at peace? This is a very good question. Simple but often left unasked.

When you are at peace you are closer to being who you really are. You are closer to your divine selves and more importantly you are not suffering. When you are at peace you are better able to love others. When you are at peace, you are better able to do many more things. You have more energy, your mind is clear and you are able to act out of calm. When you are at peace you are able to help others to find their peace. When we are at peace, then the world will be able to be closer to it's divine self. It is not necessary to be at peace in order to reach a higher consciousness but it is easier. Do not be angry with yourselves when you are not at peace. For it is not a necessary state, merely a more pleasant one. When you are not at peace you are still learning. When you are not at peace you are still divine. When you are not at peace you are in a perfect state for that moment. Do not judge yourselves or be angry with yourselves, if you cannot find peace at a certain moment. Know that it is perfect as it is. Know that there is a reason you are not at peace. Take a breath and allow yourself to learn from the feeling of nonpeace. If you find that you no longer wish to have this feeling of nonpeace then learn what it is you have been thinking, that keeps you in this state of nonpeace. Thank the lesson and then let it go, as you no longer need to have that thought or way of thinking, as you have decided you wish to be at peace and that thought or way of thinking is hindering you from being what you wish to be.

Take the thought, look at it, explore it, take from it what you find useful and then say good bye to it. If you find it keeps coming back then you have two ways you can go, you can explore it further or you can see this recurring thought as being a habit. An energy residue that is no longer relevant to your vibration. Understand that you no longer require this vibration and let it go. Perhaps you have decided you would like to be at peace most of the time. How can you achieve this? There are many different ways. Today, there will be one that is suitable to you. Take the time to see what it is that helps you to be at peace. Ask yourself where are you most easily at peace? Is it in the bath (as it is with Gina), walking in nature, praying, listening to good music, meditating, playing music, watering plants. There are many different places that each of you is more easily at peace. Find out where it is that you are best at peace. Once you know where it is, then you must go there on a regular basis. If you say you wish to be at peace all the time then you must be in these spaces all the time. Perhaps this is not possible! So perhaps it is important to start a little at a time. Be committed. Be committed to your peace. Commit yourself to being in your peace space everyday for a short period of time. Begin with small leaps. Once you have been good
enough to yourself to allow yourself to be in a peace space every day then you may find that peace will come with you when you leave those spaces. So begin gently, find your peace space, and commit to spending a little time there each day. If you find it is not long enough then make it longer. But start small, a drop of water was all it took to make an ocean. So begin with a drop. But make it a consistent one! You may find that your peace space changes sometimes or over time. That is good. That is as it should be. The more peace spaces you have, the more you will be at peace! So my dear ones I wish you peace and many peace spaces.
