Since channeling I have learnt a lot more about food. I have learnt that food
has it’s own vibration and that there are denser foods and lighter foods.
Zhrnan has helped me be aware of how food affects my vibration. For instance,
there are foods like coffee, chocolate, sugars, alcohol as well as mixtures of
foods like wheat and eggs that take more energy to convert and often affect my
vibration, making it more dense or slower. Whereas there are foods like fruit,
particularly apples or hard watery fruit, vegetables, grains in there natural
state, yogurt and dhals that are easier to convert into energy at a higher
vibration. I have found that if I wish to stay at a higher vibration I eat the
latter foods. If I need to be grounded, particularly after channeling the former
foods are good. Zhrnan encouraged me to try to be constantly aware of how
different foods affected me. The feelings were like a heaviness after I had had
a cup of coffee, at that affect was different at different times. He explained
that it is also different for different people. He said that the most important
thing was to make sure that I was aware of the affect and used to foods to help
me be in the vibration I wanted to be in. Awareness is really the most important
factor.
