Letting go of Judgment[back to the main page]

Letting go of judgment of myself and others. Zhrnan has pointed out to me that when I judge myself, in affect I am saying that I am not good enough. Whether it is not loving enough, giving enough, surrendering enough etc By making these judgments I am not seeing myself as doing the best I can at that time and not accepting that the best I can do at that time is perfect. And the same applies to others. He says that is important to remember everyone is in their perfect state. They should be respected for the contracts that they have made with themselves and others, to experience and learn in the third dimension. For when all these contracts are put together Zhrnan says you can clearly see the divinity and oneness that is perfection. I can see that if I look at it from that point of view then there is no room for judgment of myself or anyone else. And you know, when I let go of judgment I feel so much happier, lighter and more connected to the world. Letting go and surrendering is an ongoing lesson that I have to work on constantly. I am sure there will be additions to this series of learning about letting go.
